Join us Saturday June 15, 2024 for an exciting end of the year performance at the Crenshaw High School Performing Arts Auditorium. Dancers from the Debbie Allen Dance Academy will perform works in Ballet, Contemporary, African, & more!  Tickets go on sale soon!!

In July 2023, the Debbie Allen Dance Academy and the Chloe and Maud Foundation teamed up to produce the first ever Hollywood Tap Festival — we are back and better than ever with year TWO, June 17-23, 2024. This seven day event offers master dance classes, a filmmaking workshop, panel discussions, dance battles, jam sessions, and courses in self-esteem and entrepreneurship, and features a jazz class taught by Debbie Allen and an All-Star Concert Performance featuring world class dancers and musicians! We look forward to celebrating the second annual Hollywood Tap Festival with you and are excited to continue to partner with the community to bring arts to all.

Dates: June 24 - July 20, 2024

Our Summer Intensive includes a comprehensive curriculum rooted in techniques of Ballet and Modern with additional classes in Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop, African, Dunham, Tap, & Musical Theater as well as an elite roster of Guest Artists.  Instruction is led by DADA's expert faculty plus an elite roster of guest artists including Michaela DePrince (Boston Ballet), Adji Cissoko (LINES), Christopher Huggins (ALVIN AILEY repetituer), Darrell Moultrie (international choreographer).

The Debbie Allen Dance Academy Early Bird Summer Camp provides an exciting adventure into the world of dance for children ages 4 to 7. Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop and African dance techniques are explored through fundamentals, musical exercises, team work and play. Children make new friends while learning in a safe, fun-filled environment. The 2-week camp culminates with a performance showcase.
